I am an ICF Certified Coach with more than twenty years of business leadership experience at some of the largest financial services firms, where I developed, coached, and promoted professionals in the most complex and demanding environments.

I specialize in coaching executive and mid-level leaders, particularly those who are "stuck" - or who may have been displaced from positions at Fortune 500 Financial Services Firms. In these and other contexts I help leaders to rediscover their "why" and to regain their confidence, whether in their current role, or in seeking and attaining their next ideal position.
